All orders will be shipped out within 1-3 business days of receiving your order. We currently offer Free shipping Australia wide. Shipping fee for other countries will be shown on checkout page.

Returns and refunds policy

We at Slay on Budget want to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Slay on Budget branded shoes, we offer a 21-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return, the shoes must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that we cannot accept returns on shoes that have been worn or show signs of wear and tear.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 21 days of receiving your shoes. Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your shoes. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and we recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking and insurance.

Once we receive your returned shoes and verify that they are in their original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange your shoes for a different size or style, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

If you receive a defective or damaged pair of shoes, please contact our customer service team immediately and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
